2TradeAsia or Yapster e-Trade, Inc. ("2TradeAsia") is the online arm of F. Yap Securities, Inc., a member of the Philippine Stock Exchange. This Data Privacy Statement ("Statement") highlights our compliance to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 as well as its Implementing Rules and Regulations in relation to our processes and protocols and covers the privacy security of our clients who inquire, apply, request, procure, among many others, the products and services, sourced from, provided, and made available by 2TradeAsia, that are all subject to change, update, modification, and improvement, among others, without prior notice.

In lieu of our commitment to safeguard and protect the privacy not only of our current and existing clients but also that of prospective one, rest assured that 2TradeAsia is committed to creating internal measures, controls, and protocols dedicated to same effect. Thus, all information, electronically, manually, or verbally collected by 2TradeAsia via account opening applications, visits to the its website at www.2TradeAsia.com ("Webpage"), dealings with the 2TradeAsia team thru the course of the buying and selling of shares, requests, and inquiries regarding settlement, and all other related transactions that will result into the collection and/or storage of information which shall be held in the strictest of confidence will be used to promote and better products and services. Should, in our better judgement, find it necessary to disclose such information, we shall limit the same to our service providers, affiliates, related-companies, and to Philippine regulatory agencies should the need and necessity arise, subject to the laws of the Philippines.

What information we may collect

By providing your information to 2TradeAsia and engaging our services, you hereby agree to the storage, collection, transfer, monitoring, and other related processes that are necessary in the normal course or conduct of the business. Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge the measures highlighted below while freeing 2TradeAsia from any liability that may arise thereafter, which include but are not limited to:

• Information pertaining to government-issues IDs;
• Employment status;
• Investor profile;
• Financial information (Annual income, assets, net worth);
• Specimen signatures;
• US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act information and details;
• And all other details, primarily and/or supplementarily required in the account opening application documents with 2TradeAsia, among others.

Collection of relevant information pertaining to your trading account:

• Securities held and traded, both historically and the present;
• Equity level;
• Account activity (may include IP address, browser type, operating system and device information)
• Access to the 2TradeAsia trading platform;
• Downloaded information and accessed research materials as provided by 2TradeAsia;
• And all other interactions made using the available 2TradeAsia instrumentalities that includes but are not limited to the online trading platform/s (www.2TradeAsia.com, www.prime.2tradeasia.com) and the mobile app.

Information pertaining to dealings and inquiries made to the 2TradeAsia team;

• Inquiries or questions regarding products and services; and,
• Preferences in terms of settlement, account management, and other related matters and concerns.

Please note that should the need arise that requires for the additional verification of the information that you have had provided, we may procure the services of our trusted third-party affiliates, partners, among others, in the delegation of the abovementioned activities. Shall courts of competent jurisdiction and or government agencies or instrumentalities require a copy of such information, we shall not be an impediment in the exercise of their respective functions and shall be compliant to the rules and regulation of such agencies and/or courts.
